By accessing or using Studyit (accessible at studyit.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2Educational Purpose & University Alignment
Studyit provides university-specific academic study aids, handwritten & digital notes, unit summaries, syllabus roadmaps, and solved previous year question papers (PYQs).
Currently, Studyit is tailored primarily for students of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. Expansion to additional universities (e.g. GGSIPU, MDU, RTU, JNTU) is in active development. Studyit is an independent educational platform and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by AKTU or any university body. All university names, branch codes, and acronyms are used solely for educational identification and curriculum mapping purposes.
3Account Creation & Responsibilities
- You must authenticate using a valid Google account to access personalized study workspaces and PYQs.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and devices.
- You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, disruptive, or unauthorized purpose.
4Intellectual Property Rights
The design, code, interface, branding, and original summaries on Studyit are the proprietary property of Studyit.
Previous year examination questions and official syllabus codes are shared under fair-use educational principles to help students study, revise, and prepare for academic evaluations. Model answers and explanatory step-by-step solutions are crafted by Studyit contributors.

Studyit is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% syllabus accuracy and high-yield question quality, we make no guarantees that all examination questions will appear in future tests. 7Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studyit and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
